You’ll welcome guests, build relationships with members, and drive studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and social media engagement. Qualifications: - Greet members and guests with a high-energy, positive attitude - Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout - Promote and sell memberships and class packages - Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment - Contribute to the studio's social media by capturing in-studio content and promoting events - Answer phones, schedule classes, and respond to member inquiries - Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the studio community - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Sales or customer service experience preferred - Passion for fitness and a team-player mindset - Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to engage and promote - Ability to multitask - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Perks & Benefits: FREE Orangetheory Fitnes...
