Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

Job description

Basic qualifications are: - Must be 18 years old - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and/or A.S/B.S in Quality, Engineering or Business - Must be authorized to work in the US - Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering & Quality Control - Knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Auditing, manufacturing processes and equipment, statistical process control, ISO and AS specification requirements, Metallurgy/Metals Manufacturing, Aerospace quality systems/standards i.e. GE, Nadcap, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, FAI, FMEA Manufacturing processes, Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and/or clerical - Available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime as required - Willing to adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including all PPE requirements - Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check Essential job functions are: - Have an understanding of the Haynes Quality System and LaPorte Custom Metal Processing requirements, the basic ISO, NADCAP, and AS requirements, and basic product and process flows to enable daily support of our quality objectives - Perform internal audits as directed by...
