Job DetailsJob Location: Kennett Square Branch - Kennett Square, PA 19348Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $75,212.00 - $112,754.00 SalarySummary Accountable for overall management of the Branch ensuring that high levels of member service are maintained by all employees. Supervises, mentors and coaches employees to ensure that sales objectives are met and extraordinary member service is achieved. Responsible for the overall productivity and operational effectiveness of the Branch. Key Responsibilities: Provides oversight and direction to staff including hiring; communicating expectations; planning, monitoring and evaluating performance; coaching, counseling, and developing employees; recommending compensation actions, and coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Directs the Branch sales efforts taking appropriate action to achieve budgeted sales goals and production objectives. Provides appropriate referrals (wealth, mortgage, business services, etc.) when identified. Provides sales and service coaching to all direct reports.
