What’s the role? As the Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will be part of the Service and Operations team and drive material transformation across wealth platforms, reducing cost to serve, improving cycle times and embedding AI-enabled operations. BT is the wealth management brand of Westpac Group. This role sits within Service and Operations as a member of the S&O Leadership Team, partnering with Product, Technology, Risk, BCM, Finance, PMO and outsourced providers to ensure robust, compliant and scalable operations.
