JOB TITLE: International Logistics Coordinator LOCATION: Aylesford, Kent: WORKING HOURS: 8am- 4.30pm, Office based A bit about the role.. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overseas shipping processes and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for obtaining overseas shipping quotes on import and export shipping. - Analyse and compare quotes to encourage savings across the business. - Arrange all Goods In requests from suppliers/purchasing, liaising with the Purchasing Team as well as the Warehouse with regards to what’s coming in and when. - Arrange shipments within the UK as well as from Europe/Far East on a daily/weekly basis to ensure our suppliers are delivering to us in a timely manner. - Record shipping information on company systems to support logistical business decisions and other departments in the company. - Complete...
