About The Role: We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Prezzee team and play a key role in building, managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, maximising customer value and converting Tier 1 inbound leads into long-term managed relationships. You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen engagement, increase retention and support clients in getting the most out of Prezzee’s products and solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing strong commercial thinking, relationship management and product expertise across digital gifting, rewards, loyalty and co-branded solutions.
