Job Title: Project Systems Coordinator Department: Engineering Salary Range: $67,000 - $80,400 Pay Grade: 6 FLSA Status: Exempt The Project Systems Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the project management system (Trimble Unity Construct (TUC) formally known as e-Builder), process implementation, project reporting, and supporting all departments to meet the business needs of the Authority. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with internal staff and external vendors to deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot systems functionality through user feedback and knowledge of project management systems and practices - Primarily accountable for managing processes including, but not limited to, Task Order and Amendments, Lead Service Line Replacement Reimbursement Process, Consultant and Contractor Evaluations, Board Resolutions, and Change Orders - Support in maintaining projects handled by Engineering project managers through the TUC structure including scope, budget, and schedule, and which facilitate the data from one actor to another for review or approval - Identify, define, and develop solutions to issues that arise in existing processes, with the ability to thin...
