As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will join a rapidly growing team dedicated to ensuring customers maximize the value of the Axonius platform through expert technical guidance and implementation assistance. You will act as a technical advisor responsible for facilitating the successful deployment, engagement, and adoption of the platform across diverse client environments. The mission of this team is to reduce customer risk and optimize platform utility by bridging the gap between client business needs and product capabilities. Responsibilities: - Execute technical deployments and custom platform configurations to align the Axonius platform with specific client business requirements. - Triage escalated technical support tickets and coordinate with the product team to resolve feature requests and system issues. - Design and document platform best practices to standardize deployment, engagement, and adoption workflows across the customer base. - Conduct technical training sessions and educational workshops to facilitate customer proficiency in platform features and data utilization.
