Position Summary The Facility & Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall functionality of company facilities. This position performs and coordinates a variety of light maintenance, repair, and facility improvement projects while supervising the custodial team to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who ensures that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance & Repairs: - Perform and oversee basic facility upkeep, including minor carpentry, painting and repairs. - Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues promptly. - Plan, coordinate, and complete small repair or improvement projects as assigned. - Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of maintenance supplies. - Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and operational standards.
