The Senior Project Manager plays the role of CEO of the project—fully accountable for the success, quality, and strategic impact of some of our most complex and high value automation programmes. This is a position for someone who thrives in complexity, influences without authority, and consistently delivers excellence from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across the Nordics region. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. You will operate as a trusted partner to our clients, building long term, credibility based relationships that underpin successful delivery. Although this role has no direct line management responsibilities, you will lead through influence—guiding cross functional team and shaping best practices within the execution of the projects to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
