Job Summary: The position of the Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting in supervising all aspects of the Security and Safety in the hospital. Performs a variety of duties and rounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry to assure the personal safety of employees, patients, visitors, and physicians. Assist director with hiring, counseling, staff evaluations, monitors staff, and arranges schedules. Actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications, behaves in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health, upholding standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication.
