Change the world. Love your job. Texas Instruments is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to join our Aerospace & Defense Embedded Systems team in Dallas, Texas. You will lead the development of advanced firmware and embedded software for next-generation radar, electronic warfare, and communications systems. This role combines low-level firmware optimization with system-level architecture, working at the intersection of high-speed data acquisition, DSP algorithms, and heterogeneous processor platforms. You have the ability to showcase advanced A&D capabilities on cutting-edge processors and FPGAs. Responsibilities: Firmware & Embedded Software Development - Design and implement high-performance firmware for RF data pipelines. - Knowledge of DSP concepts (filters, matrix math, digital beam forming, equalization, channelization, etc. ) - Develop and optimize PCIe, JESD204, and Ethernet drivers. - Port and benchmark RF signal processing algorithms System Architecture, Design, and Collaboration: - Collaborate with RF and hardware teams to define system architectures for data synchronization and AESA timing - Translating FPGA functions to hard macros for ASIC implementation with attent...
