Job Summary: The Capital Markets Senior Manager / Directors is responsible for managing the team, inclusive of managers and team leads, that books and services of all participation and syndicated loans with varying levels of complexity in a high-volume environment. Works with senior leadership to develop, implement, and manage the day-to-day functions Wholesale Loan Operations. Through collaboration with Wholesale Bankers, this position participates in the determination of proper procedures, account maintenance, monitoring, and coordination of account activity with finance, accounting, loan review and senior management for the reporting of specialized loans. Administrative functions include company and bank documentation, banking policies and documentation, system data administration, and records retention.
