Summary: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of administrative or clerical experience is required. One year of environmental health experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of standard office practices and clerical procedures, including filing, recordkeeping, and document organization methods used to support office operations. Familiarity with basic Environmental Health Services (EHS) terminology used in technical reports and correspondence is preferred. Candidates must possess strong typing and data entry skills with the ability to produce a variety of documents. Proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and other commonly used programs, is required.
