You’ll collaborate closely with multiple franchisees across our Central & Eastern European business unit, combining data analytics with hands-on coaching to identify opportunities for commercial success during in-market restaurant visits. You’ll play a vital role in building operational capability by mentoring franchisees, solving complex challenges, and sharing best practices to ensure their long-term success.
