Job Summary NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Clerk to join our growing team. Our Clerks could perform a variety of functions including inbound, outbound, UPS, Core Processing, Returns and RGN’s. Clerks are responsible for ensuring that all documents and functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role may also involve communication with customers and vendors as needed. Responsibilities: - Inbound: Schedule inbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacity. Verify receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders. Collect all necessary documentation for inbound freight and route appropriately. Assist with Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) verifications. - Outbound: Schedule outbound freight according to warehouse operations and capacity. Ensure proper application of labels and tickets before shipments are dispatched. Maintain security procedures at dock doors. Ensure all shipping documentation is completed timely and accurately. - UPS Shipments: Print shipping labels, securely overpack products, and ensure proper sorting and routing of packages. - Core Processing: Unload and stage core returns/defective cores, Sort and scan cor...
