Company Description Renesas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Field Applications Engineering to lead strategic technical engagement with our most important AI and hyperscaler customers. This role leads a high‑performance team of power supply FAEs supporting AI accelerators, servers, and networking platforms that are critical to Renesas’ long‑term growth. This is a senior player/coach position. The role balances hands‑on ownership of customer power programs with leadership and development of a growing FAE organization. Success requires deep power electronics expertise, strong customer credibility, and the ability to scale technical execution across multiple strategic accounts.
