Service Charge Executive

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Service Charge Executive to join our property management team in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. This is a key mid-level role supporting the day-to-day financial and operational management of a portfolio consisting of commercial business parks and office buildings. The role will consist of service charge lifecycle, from budget preparation and tenant liaison through to year-end reconciliation and lease compliance, working closely with property managers, surveyors, and finance teams.
