The Deputy City Marshal II is a law enforcement officer position commissioned by TCOLE. All candidates for this position must have a Basic TCOLE Peace Officer’s License. The primary responsibility of the Marshal’s Division is to bring wanted parties before the Court, but it is also tasked with providing bailiffs to the Court and patrolling Lake Worth.
