Overview Director of Accounting Job Description: Remote / Quarterly Travel to NJ for Board Meetings. Role Overview: As Director of Accounting, you will serve as a strategic leader within the organization, overseeing accounting operations and ensuring the financial integrity of Golden Steps. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls while supporting the company’s long-term financial objectives. You will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial accuracy, optimize processes, and strengthen operational efficiency across the organization. In addition to maintaining strong fiscal oversight, you will lead initiatives that enhance reporting systems, support scalable growth, and ensure alignment between financial operations and the company’s broader business goals.
