This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. The J.P. Morgan Benelux M&A and Corporate Finance team is responsible for execution of public and private M&A transactions involving Benelux corporate and financial sponsor clients and for international clients involving businesses based in the Benelux region. We maintain leading relationships with some of the most prominent clients in the Benelux and aid them, through M&A and corporate finance advice, in delivering on their corporate strategy and structure. We are involved in the vast majority of the major M&A transactions that take place in the Benelux and consistently rank as one of the Benelux's pre-eminent M&A advisory franchises. Often, members of the deal team interact on a daily basis with the client's senior management. As an Investment Banking Associate within the Benelux M&A and Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas.
