We’re looking for a reliable Yard Person to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations in a busy yard environment. About the role: You’ll be responsible for keeping the yard organised, equipment ready, and materials moving. If you’re someone who takes pride in a tidy, efficient workspace and can stay on top of multiple tasks, this will suit you. Key responsibilities: - Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation - Load and unload materials and equipment - Delivering and picking up materials / tools on projects around Mackay - Prepare tools and equipment for crews when required. - General labouring and yard duties - Follow all safety procedures and site requirements What we’re looking for: - Previous experience in a similar yard role - Forklift ticket - Hold a full and current driver’s licence. - Able to deliver outstanding service - A capability to undertake physical tasks safely - Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks - Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member What we offer: - Full-time, ongoing work Monday to Friday, 36hr per week.
