Job description

Responsible for providing monthly reports (USGAAP) and cost analyses to cost center management. Preparing cost center forecasts and budgets, the annual accounts, and government documents. Essential tasks: Coordinating tasks related to the management of the financial accounting system. Analyzing monthly expenses. Intercompany & OOB resolution: Fixed Assets & Leases: VAT & Statutory requirements: Assisting during meetings with cost center managers to discuss forecasts and preliminary budgets. Bringing key points regarding forecasts or budgets to the attention of the direct supervisor to request advice on the procedure to follow. Maintaining the general ledger; • Prepare monthly journal entries for review by others and gather all source documentation related to financial reporting in collaboration with our Global Finance Shared Services center. Maintain detailed insight into internal client requirements and develop processes that meet or exceed these requirements. Be familiar with and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
