Job Profile Summary Under limited supervision The Coordinator for Non-Credit Programs & Training supports the design, delivery, and growth of non-credit educational offerings that connect the college with community and industry partners. This role oversees workforce development, professional certification, and personal enrichment programs, ensuring courses are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with labor market demand and revenue goals. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education or a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. Minimum Experience/Training: Four years of adult learning environment or business environment related experience. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and student information systems, a plus. Essential Functions: Coordinates the implementation of non-credit courses, certificate programs, and workforce training aligned with industry needs. Researches labor market trends and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and address skill gaps. Leads onboarding to support adjunct instructors and industry professionals.
