Job Profile Summary Under limited supervision The Coordinator for Non-Credit Programs & Training supports the design, delivery, and growth of non-credit educational offerings that connect the college with community and industry partners. This role oversees workforce development, professional certification, and personal enrichment programs, ensuring courses are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with labor market demand and revenue goals. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education or a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. Minimum Experience/Training: Four years of adult learning environment or business environment related experience. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and student information systems, a plus. Essential Functions: Coordinates the implementation of non-credit courses, certificate programs, and workforce training aligned with industry needs.
