Job description

Overview General maintenance and repair, part runs, shipping, receiving, painting, janitorial services and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: - Drive to deliver and pickup parts as instructed throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. - Assist in shipping, receiving, and yard facility maintenance. - Transport materials and equipment using a forklift. - Housekeeping services for warehouse as required. - Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Experience in the maritime industry preferred. - Valid California State drivers' license and clean driving record required. - Comfortable driving throughout the San Francisco Bay area in traffic. - Must obtain TWIC within 60 days of hire. - Ability to work with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment. - Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions. - Ability to work independently with minimal or no guidance. - Must be able to read, speak, write, type, and understand English in person and over the telephone. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. - Required to work near or on boats and barges using mechanical tools. - Required to work outside in all weather conditions. - Must be capable of wor...
