Summary: The Associate HR Manager provides hands-on HR support at the site level, with a strong focus on front-line leaders and hourly employees in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with the Site HR Manager and corporate HR Centers of Expertise to execute HR programs locally, support employee relations needs, and ensure consistent and compliant people practices. This is a highly visible, operational HR role ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the floor, supporting leaders in real time, and contributing to a strong employee experience.
