As the Chemist , you will conduct laboratory analyses including raw materials, plant process & wastewater samples, and final products to meet manufacturing, technical service, regulatory and shipping objectives. Evaluates results and reports according to specifications and customer inquiries I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? - Accountable for performance to Lab and Plant goals. - Conduct product testing per sample/analysis plans. Products include raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, and Technical Service samples. - Test data generated must be timely, accurate, and produced with high integrity. Improper influence or data misrepresentation is to be reported to Supervision or Management immediately. - Maintain accurate and timely analysis reports including entering data in various computer systems. - Maintain laboratory equipment including routine maintenance. - Complete daily SPC activities and use SPC principles and tools to identify problem areas and areas for improvement. - Train other laboratory or plant personnel in analytical techniques and lab methods and equipment. -...
