The Assistant Director for Operations and Community Development will focus their efforts on assisting the Associate Director with all operationally significant matters in addition to serving as the student staff recruitment and training specialist. The Assistant Director will be directly responsible for all elements of the Community Advisor (CA) Program’s training, development, and retention efforts. The Assistant Director will have previous experience in housing operations and residential life along with experiences in student development and programming.
