POSITION: Maintenance Technician DEPARTMENT: Operations: REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager: Summary: Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part Time Maintenance Technician position for Albuquerque Convention Center located in Albuquerque, NM. This position is responsible for conducting general repairs, maintenance, painting and other miscellaneous tasks at the arena and theatre. Position Overview: Responsible for preforming routine facility maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning. Perform other tasks as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs minor electrical maintenance, to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, kitchen appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. - Troubleshooting and repairing of facility support equipment. - Perform minor carpentry repairs; sheet rock, etc. - Perform minor to moderate-...
