The Opportunity: We're looking for a Centre Manager to join the team at Micra Hobart Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will be provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group. Role responsibilities: Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. - Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. - Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer ser...
