This hands-on internship provides exposure to multiple areas of Culinary Operations, including suites, catering, concessions, and team-affiliated food service operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Rotate through various departments within Culinary Operations to gain valuable insight into how the Catering, Suites, Revolution, and Patriots Culinary Departments operate. Attend departmental meetings and assist with administrative and operational follow-up as needed. Support day-today culinary operations tasks based on assigned area of focus. Assist with event day preparations including suites, catering and concessions. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
