Senior Manager, IT Procurement

Job description

The Senior Manager, IT Procurement is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategic sourcing, vendor management, and vendor governance activities across Acosta. This role manages complex, high-value IT supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts across software, SaaS, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services. The role is accountable for delivering cost reduction, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives, while ensuring supplier performance, compliance, and alignment to business strategy. Lead and execute enterprise‑wide IT sourcing strategy across major technology categories, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on delivery. Personally lead and drive complex, high‑value negotiations and renewals, including enterprise software and SaaS agreements exceeding $10M in Total Contract Value. Own and manage strategic vendor relationships, ensuring strong governance, performance accountability, and alignment to business objectives. Direct end‑to‑end RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes for major IT and Software Engineering initiatives.
