Your Impact: The Asset Protection & Operations Sr Analyst plays a key role in assessing, developing, and implementing initiatives that support store and field teams in driving operational excellence, safety, and loss prevention. This role partners cross-functionally to design and execute projects, process improvements, and technology solutions that enhance store performance, improve customer and associate experiences, and mitigate risk. The Analyst provides actionable insights through data analysis, manages project execution, and ensures continuous improvement through measurement, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
