Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Administrator Registered Nurse (RN) for our Nursing Administration department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Clinical Administrator, you will: - Models & encourages professional practice that includes nurse autonomy, authority, accountability and responsibility within their unit. - Operationalizes the strategic plan for the Nursing Administration department and the hospital. - Establishes expectations for staff and appropriately provides resources for care. - Adheres to and stays abreast of organizational policies and procedures; is a resource to nurses and others in the department and organization. - Demonstrates effective communication, conflict resolution, team building, and leadership skills, acting as the patient representative during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. - Ensures that all infection control precautions and procedures are followed in the nursing department. - C...
