Job description

The SQ Manager – North America is responsible for leading the regional strategy, development, and performance of the Steelwrist SQ automatic quick coupler system across the North American market. This role supports sales growth, dealer development, technical education, and market adoption of Steelwrist's SQ Fully Automatic Coupler Technology. The position works closely with sales teams, service partners, dealers, OEM partners, and end users to expand the market and ensure successful implementation of the SQ system throughout the region. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the North American strategy and market development for Steelwrist SQ automatic coupler systems. ● Become a product expert to support the sales team and dealer network with product knowledge, demonstrations, technical training, and basic support questions. ● Drive market adoption of fully automatic quick coupler technology within construction, demolition, and excavation sectors. ● Collaborate with OEM partners and equipment dealers to integrate and promote Steelwrist SQ solutions. ● Conduct customer visits, jobsite demonstrations, and training sessions to promote product capabilities and best practices. ● Gather market in...
