EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - Experience working with children preferred. - Kitchen experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - Able to maintain cleanliness & safety standards for kitchen and food services - Possess good leadership skills and ability to assist other staff - Good verbal communication skills - Must be knowledgeable in the areas of children/personnel safety assessment, planning, problem solving, and crisis intervention - Be able to pass a child safety background check ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise SEARCH Dining Hall staff - Ensure consistent cleanliness and upkeep of the Dining Hall area - Responsible for proper table set up prior to meals in accordance with meal being served - Ensure tables are cleaned and wiped down after meals - Empty all kitchen and dini...
