Position Title: Hall Director Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus) Department: 62102 - Housing and Residence Life Advertised Salary: $43,888 Salary commensurate with education, experiences, and other requirements. Hall Directors recruit, train, supervise, and mentor residence hall staff, 6-17 Resident Advisors, 1-3 Senior Staff Advisors and 15-30 front desk and night security personnel; actively participate on departmental and university-wide committees, manage facilities, advise Hall Council; train RA staff to advise House Councils; coordinate programming/community development and provide overall leadership in the academic, social and emotional development of students.
