We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance Team as a HHSRS (Health, Housing and Safety Rating System) Coordinator . - East Suffolk Council - Address: Riverside, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0EQ and East Suffolk House, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT - Salary: £28,958 - £31,022 per annum, Band 4 - Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week - Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Your role: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management and resolution of HHSRS including damp, mould etc and related within our housing stock. This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, Maintenance Inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to co-ordinate inspections, track repairs and maintain accurate records.
