Responsibilities: The Claims Consultant is responsible for handling claims of varying complexity and severity across Commercial Auto, Hired/Non‑Owned Auto, and/or third‑party general liability lines. This includes managing both attorney‑represented and non‑attorney‑represented matters. The role requires advanced technical claims expertise, sound judgment, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective resolution strategies.
