Paste here the job description The overall goal of the Compliance function is that Euronext Securities has a mature and effective second line of defence with a compliance departments that bring value to the business. This can be done by helping the business comply with relevant standards, ensuring the commercial angle in connection with compliance and complying with relevant legislation. This includes monitoring and anchoring relevant standards in the business, and monitoring that the legal and regulatory framework and processes are adequately implemented in the business. Main tasks: Contribute to monitoring compliance with relevant applicable legislation, regulations and directives (such as CSDR) Compliance risk analysis e.g. identification of compliance risks through risk analyses, other compliance analyses and performance of controls Contribute to reporting to stakeholders and relevant authorities Presentations and training material: Preparation, updating and control of policies, process descriptions and business procedures Administration and planning ad hoc compliance tasks.
