Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join our Reward & Mobility team to manage the delivery of projects, frameworks, programs, standards and improvements, across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Caspian, and UK & Europe regions to support our long-term strategic delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Reward the position will influence and contribute to the formation of strategy, policy design and organisation wide frameworks ensuring alignment with regional priorities and total reward approach. This position can be either hybrid from any of our UK offices, or remote #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote The role The Reward Manager’s objective is to ensure the reward practices attract, retain, and motivate employees at Wood while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
