What Will You Do?: Travel to customer sites for system startups, media replacement, and system issues that can't be resolved remotely. Train customers on how to operate equipment, which includes review of O&M manual. Provide onsite technical support for the purpose of troubleshooting and resolving system issues of a mechanical, electrical or process nature. Work closely with engineering and project management team members, when appropriate to ensure a successful system start up and/or resolve customer technical issue. Estimated 75% travel required.
