Job Description: The Role The FMR LLC Legal Department is seeking an experienced technology-focused attorney to join the Corporate Services team. In this role, you will provide strategic, practical legal counsel to Fidelity businesses on topics involving privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and the responsible use of new and emerging technologies. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney. Experience advising businesses on: o privacy matters, including operationalizing privacy programs and maintaining compliance with US and foreign privacy and data protection laws, regulations and frameworks; o cybersecurity matters, including policies and procedures, incident response activities, and applicable laws, regulations and frameworks; o use of new and emerging technology, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and biometrics; and o data management and data governance policies and programs.
