The role: As a Business Controller within the Damen Services division , you act as a key business partner to our regional management teams across the globe. You work closely with colleagues in Business Control - both at our headquarters in the Netherlands and within our international Service Hubs – as well as expertise centers such as Group Control and Tax . Y ou consolidate financial and strategic input from all Service entities into a coherent divisional business plan and ensure alignment with Damen Group standards .
