About the role: Based in London, the Client Success Manager (CSM) will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, solution adoption, and long‑term value for FIS Payments solutions across European clients. Acting as a trusted strategic partner, the CSM ensures clients realise measurable business outcomes from their investment in FIS, aligning Payments technology capabilities with client objectives and regulatory, operational, and growth priorities.
