Location: Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology Pay Range: $73,694.40 - $144,684.80 American Oncology Network is currently seeking an Executive Director to support and oversee operations at our Fort Wayne location. This position will be onsite and based at our Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana. *Relocation Assistance Available* Job Description Summary: Liaison between administrative centralized services and clinic; implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory programs and Company policies. Support the financial goals of the clinic by being fiscally responsible in all areas. Manages physician concerns, patient complaints as needed. Responsible for projects and work with local and AON management to implement plans to support clinics in achieving best practice performance for quality patient care.
