Job Summary: Mechanically deals table games in a proficient manner. Available Shifts: - Swing Shift- 8:00PM-4:00AM Supervisory Responsibilities: - None Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations. - Responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor or Table Games Manager of any irregularities, disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer. - Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner. - Supports and maintain Rivers Casino Portsmouth guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations. - Provide the utmost in guest service. - Assists with the cleanliness of the casino property, front and heart of the house. - Complies with all gaming policies/procedures as established by the division and/or Rivers Casino Portsmouth. - Perform other duties as assigned.
