This is a 12-hour Shift 6:00pm-6:00am The main function of this position is to build the ingredients for batching. However, you are still part of the batching team and must assist in giving breaks and working in the batch room as needed. Position Responsibilities: All duties consistent with following our established SOP's to ensure the proper transfer of dairy products from blending to processing, to identified filling system in accordance with the production run schedule. Efficient operation of the process equipment to include the high temperature heat exchange systems equipment, rigs, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fittings, and components.
