The Role: We are seeking a Change Communications & Engagement Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across complex client environments. This role is heavily focused on the change management, helping organisations navigate change through clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, training and effective adoption strategies. You will partner with consulting teams, senior stakeholders, and programme leaders to design and execute communication and engagement approaches that drive awareness, readiness, and behavioural change.
