The Part Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) reports directly to the Medical Director. The PMHNP: makes psychiatric diagnoses, prescribes treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness; provides recovery-centered psychiatric care for members; and all clinical and administrative activities support the mission, values, and goals of Thresholds. Education: Experience: Certifications: Requirements: Available to work 2 days per week, including at least one morning shift - Provides recovery-centered psychiatric care for those members they personally manage. Psychiatric care includes but is not limited to psychiatric evaluation, prescription, and management of psychiatric medications. Management complies with evidence-based guidelines and generally accepted best practices. - Performs care for specific programs as assigned, including ACT. As the ACT psychiatric provider, work 10 hours per week with each ACT team. Additional hours may be approved by the Medical Director.
